and on-site access to our talent and the ability to create working
prototypes and new voice applications that have to be supported on
newly acquired VoiceXML enabled IVR Platforms. With our team the
custom development efforts can be done without any pitfalls, reduced
schedule risk and innovative approach to platform problems including
areas such as Computer Telephony Integration, Speech recognition
and integration with existing Web, Legacy infrastructures.
Sometimes creating a prototype is the best way of
demonstrating the actual performance of the voice application. Critical
success factors for voice applications can be demonstrated and addressed.
In order to accomplish these efforts we provide
end-to-end implementation services. They include:
- Identification of user and dialog requirements.
- Creating VoiceXML applications in a short time period with rapid
development tools.
- Integration of VoiceXML applications with speech recognition
engines and existing IT infrastructures.
- Providing the necessary hardware and software and a demo line
to call in and test these VoiceXML applications.
We define the scope for proof of concept including
functionality, user profile, data integration and prioritize the
objectives. We provide the necessary IVR and Web infrastructure to
install and test the voice applications integrated with ASR engines
such as Nuance. During the development of these applications, we
provide our expertise on user dialog and prompt design and create
well tuned grammars. We also integrate the back-end systems with
the VoiceXML prototype applications and generate usability tests
audit reports. These reports help us determine the ways to further
improve self-service automation.
