development group has expertise with WebSphere development tools
such as WebSphere Voice Server Toolkit, WebSphere Studio Application
Developer and Rational.
We also provide Speech recognition grammars using
IBM ViaVoice speech technologies.
We have in-house IBM IVR Platform infrastructure
for development, unit testing, load testing and ability to provide
access to customers during the implementation period. We have integrated
several IBM VoiceXML, DirectTalk Java Bean applications with Oracle
Databases, Middleware Application Servers such as TomCat, WebLogic
and WebSphere. We have also integrated the IVR VoiceXML application
with CTI vendors such as Cisco/Geotel ICM, Avaya Interaction Center,
Genesys and provided Mainframe Legacy connectivity using SNA 3270,
TN3270 and MQ series connectivity.
