VC Record - Voice Recorder Solution Overview
Customers need speech segments recorded for existing IVR applications
on a real time basis to be assigned a voice application. This problem
is solved by the “Voice Recorder” voice solution. Our
solution allows any speech talent to call into the IVR system and
record speech files on the IVR hard disk using this voice solution.
The speech files recorded can then be copied to the appropriate voice
application resident on production systems. The advantage is that
the caller (voice talent) can call into the system at short notice
and do it in real-time from any telephone device.
